Her first opportunity to serve our great state of Nevada was in 1999, where she served the citizens of Boulder City as a Volunteer Reserve Police Officer until 2001. In 2001, the Henderson Police Department offered her a chance to fulfill her lifelong goal of becoming a police officer. For the next decade, she worked as a patrol officer, answering various calls for service and providing a gamut of problem-solving skills from social issues to violent crime.
